Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any services offered by Cobra Casino ("the Casino," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

Each individual may hold only one active account at Cobra Casino. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.


2. Account Registration and Security

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to these Terms and any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable terms. Cobra Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. 5.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x to 40x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 5.4 Ontario iGaming Ontario Players — Opt-In Bonus Rules

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside. Any disputes not resolved through internal or regulatory channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant Canadian province.


12. Amendments to These Terms

Cobra Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.


13. Termination and Account Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the player is found to be ineligible; (d) regulatory requirements compel us to do so. In the event of closure due to a breach, balances may be forfeited.


14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.


15. Entire Agreement
